If you are unhappy with our product(s) for whatever reason you have the option of a return or exchange.
To be eligible for a return or exchange, item(s)-
- Cannot be final sale
- Must be in their original state (unworn, unused, with all tags and hygiene stickers attached, with any accompanied free gifts and in the original Mer Culture packaging bag)
- Must comply with the instructions stated below-
1. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org within 7 days of receiving your item(s) before sending shipment back to us so we can be better prepared for the arrival of your shipment with faster processing. If you do not email us within 7 days, you will not be eligible for an exchange.
2. Once we have received your email, we will email you a confirmation within 48 hours. Only after you receive our confirmation should you mail us your shipment.
3. To return item(s) via mail, fill in the ‘Return & Exchange Form’

For your protection, we suggest all item(s) be sent back to us through a traceable carrier with tracking information. Mer Culture is not responsible for lost or damaged shipments. The customer is responsible for all return freight charges, including duty and tax if applicable. We cannot accept C.O.D shipments. We must receive shipment within 21 days of confirmation email, or no exchange will be issued.
5. Once we receive your shipment we will refund you for the returned item(s) less the shipping and handling fees. The refund will be returned to the credit card on the original order.
6. If you wish to exchange the item, we will then email you an invoice for the new item(s) and shipping. Please allow 2 business days after we receive your payment for your exchange to be shipped to you. As soon as we ship out your order, we will send you a notification email.
If your wanted item(is) is no longer in stock, we will let you know. You can then choose another item or opt for a refund, less the shipping and handling fees.
To speed up the exchange process, place your new order first, then follow the instructions to return unwanted items(s) for a refund. We highly recommend this method as our items get sold out quickly!
If you have received an incorrect shipment, please follow the Return instructions for a full refund (including shipping and handling fees as it is our mistake) or the Exchange instructions for new item(s).
